General information on the apartment

The completely renovated apartment is located on the third floor (with lift) in the center of Abano Terme, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with decoder, balconies on two opposite sides with one overlooking Viale delle Terme.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and awnings are placed on the terraces. The sheets, soap and toilet paper are already present in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation but can be done safely on the balconies of the building.

Description of the place

The accommodation consists of a large hallway with walk-in closet, living room with dining area and living room, kitchenette, single bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed, double bedroom, and large bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Description of the lounge / dining area

This 26 square meter room with marble floor is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV area, 2 bookcases-wardrobes, a table for 6 people, a mirror and several separate lighting systems for the two areas that make the environment suitable and functional for every need.
To the left of this room there is a separate kitchenette, equipped with all the equipment for normal use (pots, plates, cutlery, cups, towels, moka …), fridge, convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher , and espresso machine. There are also a series of drawers and spaces that can be used for the use of the kitchen.

Room description

Double bedroom of 14 square meters with terrace overlooking the hills and overlooking the internal side, has wooden floor, equipped with air conditioning and furnished with two single sommiers 90 cm wide with the possibility of placing them side by side for double use, two bedside tables, a coat hanger, a small wardrobe with mirror above, an alarm clock radio, and a chair.
Also in this case the chamber is equipped with five different lighting switches according to different needs.

Single bedroom of about 10 square meters with wooden floor and wardrobe on a bridge wardrobe, a work cabinet, a window, and a side bedside table with overhead executive applique.
The room can be equipped with an extra bed (see photo).

The stay can offer, after appropriate contacts, the possibility of accessing the spa treatments in agreement with the adjacent spas. We have a list of affiliated spas available for daily access.

Access for guests

The apartment is fully accessible in all its parts.
It is important to note for the disabled or people with mobility difficulties, that the entrance from the ground floor to the elevator is by climbing two small flights of stairs. While the landing on the third floor is level.
